I'm using Ikonboard 3.1.1 for work and am trying to figure out if it's possible to make certain forums have a form to fill out for posts. This would mostly be for bug tracking for our software in which the user would have to fill out such things as version, OS, system specs, description of problem, etc.. This info would then show up as a post with all the fields filled out and be searchable.

I know most people here use and probably prefer infopop, but I also know some of which do a bit of hacking into the code and can possibly tell me if this sort of thing is doable in a bbs environment, either with bbs's in general or ikonboard specifically if anyone other than me does use it.
