I've been using dBpowerAMP for batch audio conversions and other misc. encoding, along with CoolEdit Pro for editing.

Anyway, when I went to go download dBpowerAMP to use on my laptop I noticed another product by the same company (Illustrate), Sveta Portable Audio. It is replacement loading and organization software for the many portable MP3 player's out there. Since I no longer have my Rio 500, I was wondering if anyone had tried it yet, or even heard of it?

Looks like it could be a welcome change.

Anyway, just thought I'd give a heads-up. Let us know what you think if you try it...

I love DBPowerAMP. I think it's the best encoder/ripper out there IMO. And yes, i've used the Sveta software to upload music to my Rio 600. Works just fine. Would be cool if it worked for the empeg too. THat way I could rip right to my empeg.
