Has anyone seen or heard about Never Winter Nights (or is that Never Winters Night?)
I thought it was supposed to be out bny now but haven't heard anything about it.

I t was supposed to allow you to play as the DM, which was always my favorite part of DQ.

It's been out for several months now, and a new collectors edition should be out now as well. NWN.Bioware.com is the official site for the game. The DM part is partially true, though it was not as easy as I had hoped for. The tools that come with the game are amazing though for allowing more adventures to be created.

Pick it up if you enjoyed Baulders Gate or similar games. This goes beyond those with it's newer look, and internet capable play.

I was somewhat disappointed with the fact that it's still based around reasonably small areas that you have to transistion through. I was hoping it would be more seamless, but it's not. Other than that, still a pretty cool game. One of these days I'll get around to finishing the last chapter.

Does it allow you to play more than one player for cooperative play?

And from the DM point of view, is the DM role just a set it up and forget it or can it be more interractive? I always liked the fact that in non-computer DQ, the DM was the central role or the world creator rather than sitting and observing.
