After providing a much applauded level of customer care for our car player owners over the last few years, David Moss has decided that it is time to move on to other activities. His new web design company is taking off and sadly does not leave him with enough time to continue tending to your support needs.
This is David's last week in the carsupport hotseat, and we wish him well in his new venture.
We're sorry to lose David, but I'm pleased to say that we have found a most capable replacement who has enormous experience with the car player. As one of our first customers (queue position 29!) Rob Schofield has contributed heavily to this forum and has organised the highly successful European owners meets for three years running. I know that his enthusiasm and knowledge of the product will benefit us greatly and am very pleased to welcome him aboard.
