Well, according to the last message I got from David, they were going to cover shipping both ways. Hope that hasn't changed.

I'm still awaiting word to send mine back for repairs also. I'm sure that Rob will get around to it when he is ready to start receiving them.

I'm in the same boat with support. Rob told me two days ago that they were having trouble with Fedex?. Something about getting stuff shipped to him. Once the logistics get worked out he'll be up and running.

Same here. I don't mind waiting. I just don't want them to forget about me.

I'll be honest - the changeover has not gone as smoothly as I (and I'm sure Rob) would have liked. I'm nearly there, and I will start hauling in the loose lines RSN.
