I know a number of people who are interested, but never got around to it. Just trying to spread the joy...
In any case, the two on ebay right now have not yet reached reserve, and I do not want to go any higher. They would still be shipping from the US, though...

Well, if you or any other Europeans or Brits (not at all the same!) want my Mk2-18GB unit, you can have it for the equivalent of 370UK in Canadian funds (shipping included). Use the rest of your offer to pay VAT etc..
I'll outfit it with a brand new sled, new Rio Remote, and new Blue lens, and ship by DHL Express.
Cheers

That offer still on the table? How about for an American buyer?

US$600 + actual shipping cost.
This is for a paypal "cash" transfer. If the buyer uses a credit card with paypal, then the cost will be about 3% higher to cover their transaction fees.
If you want it, here's what you get:
-- My original Mk2 Empeg, with its factory installed 18GB IBM drive.
-- Empty drive, or I could just leave everything on it for you to deal with.
-- Latest v2.00beta13 software, Hijack kernel, CD with all the Rio software.
-- Original installation disc, manual, box, DB9-DB25 converter, etc.
-- New unused Mk2/Mk2a sled for in-car docking.
-- New Rio Remote (the Mk2 originally included a Kenwood remote, ugh!).
-- New factory blue low-glare faceplate, scratch free.
-- New AC power adapter, new serial cable, new USB A-B cable.
I am not really actively trying to sell this, but could use the cash to help finance other projects on the go here now. If interested, contact me by email (click on my "mlord" BBS name to get my email address).
Cheers

Hello!
I have a question about shipping: are you situated in Europe? If so, I could be interested in your empeg if the guy in the other thread doesn't sell his.
Ciao

Nope, sorry. But airmail is probably not too bad, even from Canada.
There are two others ahead of you for this unit..
