Well, I wasn't even sure you were going to be finishing enough docks to accomodate your current number of orders. But after reading that, I'm optomistic. Thanks again for providing another quality empeg extra to the community.

Have you given any thought to using black acrylic for the back panel, rather than pressed board? I think it would make the dock look a bit nicer, not that there is anything wrong with them the way they are.

Naw, acrylic gums up the machinery too much. Not an issue when making 5 or 10 of them, but 200..

Thermoplastics can be a bit of a pain I guess. Plastic specific blades and bits maybe?

I know that Steve (DarkStorm) was making some acrylic / plexiglas docks, but I do not think they had the wiring - just the bare case. Perhaps a combination of the two... In any event, there are some photos in his thread.
