I'm sure this has been answered before but I did a search and can't find it.

Just got my mk2 player. The right hand press button seems sticky. All the other buttons click when you press them but not this button.

Did someone say you could fix this by lossening the hex bolts and adjusting the facia?

Your face plate is probably too tight; You should untighten it just a bit using a torq screwdriver..
