I was attempting to back up all of my Rio songs onto my hard drive (there is about 10gb with 3,700 songs on it now) last night via an ethernet connection to Windows XP. This morning when I checked it out about 2 gb was downloaded with "unit timed out" on the pc screen.

Any feeling as to why this happened and what can be done to avoid it. I had done a similar download several months ago without any problem.
