I'm off on holiday next week, and although my email will be monitored by a colleague, rob@empeg.com will not be a good place to send urgent enquiries. I'm not the only one on holiday, and so it may take a little longer than usual to process sales, info and support enquiries. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The good news is that we're taking on more customer service staff over the next few weeks, to alleviate this problem in future.
Finally, because I plan to go nowhere near a web browser all week, I won't be posting to the BBS. I guess your email digests will download a whole lot faster than usual!
