With the program DVD Complete, the DVD covers consist of screen captures from the DVD and the premade artwork. However, you can't delete any of your mpeg2 footage if you want to reprint the cover. So someone suggested that I print it out to a file. However, I can't find a good program that does that. Can anyone suggest one?

I assume Windows.
Create a new printer in the usual way. Instead of selecting a port, there will be an option for FILE:. Select that. I usually select the Apple LaserWriter IIg so that it'll write a PostScript file, but if you're only interested in printing to the one printer, you might want to select the same printer you regularly print to. This could provide better quality, but I've never tried it, so I don't know for sure.
If you do the LaserWriter/PostScript thing, then you'll need a program that can view and print PostScript. If you don't already have one, GSView is good and free.
If you do the regular printer thing, then you should just be able to double-click the .prt file created and it'll send it directly back to the printer queue. But I could be wrong about that. You'd have to test it.
You can also get Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader), and it'll provide a printer that prints to PDF. Nice, and easier, but expensive.

Thanks for the tip. It seems to work very well. I will try printing it tomorrow.

There's actually totally free, non-adware ways to do it, too, by using some tools to create a virtual printer port and then pipe it through ghostscript that I expect would work about as well as that. Of course, that's probably easier to set up. For that matter, you could just convert the PS to PDF directly using ghostscript.
Or you could use MacOS X's print facility, which can save directly to PDF.

While this thread is bumped, I came across PDFCreator the other day. Haven't tried it yet though.

My problem with these "printer" PDF makers is that in my office, I'm typically given a document to scan in and make into a PDF. That PDF995 program can convert images to PDF documents, but I can't find a way to make them documates of several pages! I ran the program, and it simply turned each of the 60 scanned images into individual PDF files.
Do you know how to do it otherwise?

Do you know how to do it otherwise? I have Acrobat, so I rarely ever use PDF995. Unfortunately, I do not know how to help you.

I'd probably do this by making a multipage TIFF of the images, use tiff2ps to convert it to PostScript and then use ps2pdf to convert it to PDF. That may be more trivial for me under Unix than you under Windows, though.
