I read about it on penny-arcade (towards the bottom) and thought I'd give it a try.
Its kind of a plug-in/shell for IE. It allows for multi window browsing, has a built in pop-up blocker, and a bunch of other stuff.
It works pretty well. The interface is a little cluttered, but the functionality is good.
Just thought I'd throw that out there.

at this point why wouldn't you just use mozilla's firebird? All those features are native and not added on with some kludgy hack (okay, that might be a little harsh as I don't use the software...).
