Does anyone know where I can obtain an original Mk2 fascia? I've sent e-mail to carsupport@xs4all.nl without any replies. I prefer the original to the aftermarket redesigns.

Thanks,

Sean

Hey Sean

I have a new facia that support mailed to me by accident way back, it's yours if you pay for the postage....

I suspect the email address you emailed is your only good chance for an orginal fascia. Rob has quite a high load of requests, so perhaps a polite reminder wouldn't be out of line. Most people don't have extra fascias sitting around, unless they bought one of cruzthis' wooden fascias or a NewFace. I'd trade you strait accross for a polished aluminium fascia, but at 150 euros, that's extortionary for a piece of plastic.

IIRC, Rob has a boxful of facias, so should be able to supply you with one. He gets a lot of email though, so may take some time (a couple of weeks) to respond.

Thank you John for your kind offer. The postage is on its way. To return the favor, would you be interested in a complementary set of Brian's transparrent button and knobs, or a 20GB 2.5" drive? I believe the buttons are difficult to acquire at this time.

Is anyone around who could make wood fascia? I sent the original guy an email, but never got a reply...
