What is the plastic film that covers a new Karma's screen called? (This stuff is used to protect any devices screen from scratching during storage and shipment)

Anyone know who sells it clear? i.e 3M, Belkin?
I was wondering instead of using a sticky pda screen protector which may risk marking the screen I should get some of this clear film and just apply it to the screen which is kind of clingy anyway.
