While I am in the process of digging back through my memories, there is a western movie I remember seeing in the 70's, and all I can remember from it is a scene where 2 (I think) men were out the front of a homestead near some horse yards, and another man is riding away flat out on his horse. One of the men near the house has a long barrelled firearm and he takes a shot at the man riding away. The other man says something like "you missed", then after what seems like several seconds, the man riding away is hit by the bullet and falls off his horse.

This is the only scene I can remember. Hopefully someone knows which movie I am talking about!
Thanks.

No, this was (is) a western movie, I saw it in the late 70's but it is probably older than that.

Wow

This post brought back a faint memory of an old B&W science-fiction movie I saw as a kid back in the late sixties or early seventies...

A pair of "mad" scientists are extracting fluids from live monkey brains in a lab for a weird experiment.

Left alone, one of the scientists decides to inject the serum into himself and...insane psychedelic chaos ensues...anyone know the title of this one?

I had nightmares for weeks after seeing that I seem to remember

Actually, I think that was last week's episode of the Tele-Tubbies....

I'm surmising, but it rings a bell, I think probably that it was one of the films related to Wyatt Earp, and if it was a long barrelled revolver it was a "buntline special" unique to the marshall.
