It's standard across the whole state? Wow. Here in MI, every city has a differant layout. Nearly all are red, but some are red and blue. Some are a bar, some are seperate lights, etc.
I believe it is. I have never seen a blue light on a real cop car (IE not the DEP cops or the postal police). As a matter of fact, it was at one point (and may still be) illegal for ANYONE except volunteer fire/EMS to have lights on their car that are not red/yellow/white.
The stickers and the lights don't match. Unless there was a big sign "this car was siezed under RICO or drug enforcement or something else of the sort".
