I'm looking for a host for 30-40 email boxes for our company on a domain we already own. Our website will stay where it is. Our current host (recently changed hosts to this one) has only a measly 10MB / Box capacity and refuses to even let me buy more space. They also lack whitelist capabilities.

Specifically I'm looking for:
100-200MB size caps (only 2-3 users have such high volumes)
Moderate Price (not looking to pinch pennies tho)
Solid spam filtering with white-list capabilities
Usable webmail
High quality host - one not likely to appear in blacklists.
Straightforward admin functions
POP3
Responsive support

Thoughts?

I don't do deal with this stuff anywhere near full time, but our web developer who picked this host for its .ASP strengths had us move and I didn't question it until too late. I'm no expert at this stuff, but I'm told it's possible to have a mail.domainname.com at one IP address and the www. domainname .com at another. Am I wrong?
