I just noticed how amazing the empeg handles back-to-back mix cd's. Absolutely no interruption whatsoever in between consecutive tracks. Well none that I can hear at least. That is pretty darned nifty imho. Occasionally I listen to the odd house/trance/dance/... mix-cd and it would suck if there was any skip in between. Though I must say I sometimes have trouble getting the tracks to play in the right order. I am sure this is just me being dense.
