Finally, ICANN is instituting a Transfer Policy that must be followed by anyone wishing to be accredited:

So sometime next month I will begin (again) the process of trying to transfer 12 of my domains away from the Original Hijacking Registrar, Totalnic.com

I would have already put up a web page documenting my frustration, but my primary domains are controlled by them - they'd likely lock them down further and change my DNS info to break nme resolution.
