I got my Pcats tuner installed, after having to fix a couple of the docking sled connectors. I took the 2 that were for Auxillary out, so I could use those 2 good connectors with the 2 bad ones I had.
Now, everything works, BUT, when I have the source set to player, you can still hear the readio slightly through the right side speakers, or when source is on Radio, and you turn it all the way down, you can still hear on that same side.
Any clues ?????????

Yes, it's the same station that it was tuned to.

When looking at the connector, I have slots #18, and 22 empty. Is that correct? It looks like #23 has some wires on the connector inside, but I don't see one feeding it.
I accidentaly took out #24, and resoldered it, it's not shared with #23 is it? I included a pic.

Sounds like a wiring problem, like some wires are touching each other that weren't supposed to be touching...

Is #23 supposed to have any wires in it?

Docking connector pinouts are listed here. Looking at the color-coded pictures by Mike Tempsch, pin 23 is the shield ground for the aux input connector. I don't know if this is important if you don't have aux-ins.

Edit: I take that back. I was off by one. Pin 23 is the left channel aux input. So perhaps something is related to this.

Ok, I think when I took out the AUX in wires, I put the front red out in to it's place instead of #18.

I will go test it.
