I got my e-mail back in August telling me that I could now buy an empeg
player. When I went to purchase it I found that they do not take American
Express which is the only card I have and the only card I care to have.
I'm not sure what the money order thing was so I chose that option assuming
they'd just send me a bill, I'd pay it, then they'd send the player. I never
got a bill or anything. I'm contemplating just giving up on the whole thing
all together.

Did you try emailing sales@empeg.com?

If you ordered that long ago then clearly something has gone wrong. You should have an email with details for paying by bank transfer, SWIFT or cheque - if not sales support can send you the details, that's what they're there for.
