I do fear that the most lasting effect of the September 11 attacks is going to be a nagging sense of inadequacy among other terrorist groups. If today's massacre was ETA, it's on a bigger scale than anything they've ever done before.

Al Queda are now claiming the bombing, and considering Eta have denied responsibity all day, it seems probable at was indeed AQ.
