I've seen that one online but never on TV. I think it might have been shown in cinemas though, and it was heavily criticised by the RSPCA and Royal Pidgeon Racing Society.

This advert/promo is also pretty funny, although a lot of the people are UK celebs ("celebs", in the loosest possible terms!):

I'd heard of that channel 4 promo but that's the first time i've seen it. My favorite is the one at the end from the guy from scrubs.

As for the Ka advert, i've seen it on tv, but not for long. I bet some bleeding heart animal lover complained about cruelty to animals. It's pidgeon for f*cks sake, a winged rat, a [censored] machine!

Eh?

Jimmy Carr, possilby the most extreme dead-pan comedian in the world. Not 100% my thing but very funny in small doses.

The only other one to explain is Richard Whitely ("sloblocks"), who presents Channel 4's longest running programme, the afternoon pensioner/student cult gameshow Countdown. Probably his only worldwide claim to fame is being bitten on the finger by a ferret with strong jaws while presenting the live local TV news show "Calendar". It's probably on a lot of animal clip-show reels. The other possibility are the amusing anagrams and words that get spelt on the show, causing some embarassment!
