This past Friday I was driving along and the sound died on my empeg. I pulled it out, put it back in and sound was back. Then, the left side speakers went out.

EMPEG works fine hooked up to my HTS' Marantz SR-19 so I assume it is in-car only that has problems.

This morning, the sound went out again. I think it happened as I went over a nasty bump. So I am assuming there is a loose wire somewhere. I have a feeling this may be related to loose wires on the sled's loom.

I take it in this Saturday to have it checked. I just hope they do not charge me for fixing loose wires on the EMPEG sled.

I will be without tunes till then as I have read Dylan's agony of blown internal fuses and I would rather not chance it.

Anyone else had this problem? Everything was working fine from Tuesday (day of install) till Friday (3 day span) and I drove the same roads all 3 days to/from work and school.
