Ok I must come clean. I needed to justify the price of the unit against its competition ( cd based in dash car ). So I thought of all the flaws it might have and ROB proved to me while EMPEG will stand above the competition.

As far as I'm concerned there's no comparing, I shuffle CD's no mas and never would get the amount of music I have any other way.
The support given here should be the level by which other companies should learn & achieve. You get concise and correct answers, as long as the info is there, it's almost fuzzy logic intuitive. The advantage in knowing your product as a child.
