When I go into the properties of a mp3 I just dragged into a playlist and change the artist, title, album etc. Does it change the mp3s actual tags or is it stored in just the players own db? Im just curious if I would have to redo all this typing over if my player crashed, or if I can just download the mp3s from the player and save as a backup and it would all be the same. Thanks..

In short, the changes are only stored on the players db, but you can back that up. Jemplode also lets you update the id3 tag info on the mp3 during download.
