Woo, power to you.
I had decided to get a couple of the faces after my last car was stolen (and I am facing a re-installation). But Tim decided the production run was over...
Don't forget to get a suitable billet knob made - and make sure it's short, not long like the one Tim was shipping. If you don't have plans from Tim, you might consider having the faces made with some other slight alterations.

You may want to consider using the newer round buttons from Farnell that 303 shipped with the anoface. The standard issue buttons will be hell to fit into a fascia.

I'd rather have a long one. (No jokes, please.) I have a hard time getting my fingers on the stock knob. (Again, no jokes, please.)

I asked for plans and didn't get them, I was going to have it made to use the oringnal buttons so people could use the new Colored buttons being sold here. I also asked him where he was getting his buttons or if he was making them him self no reply so far.
P.S. who is Farnell ???
P.P.S.S. I found Farnell's wed page anyone happen to know whice knob and buttons 303 was using there are like 3000 of them listed on that site.
At this point I am open to anything, I am picking up a new SUV this weekened (I HOPE) so I want a new look.
At this point any photos or suggestions would help but I'll keep trying.

Yeah, those round buttons seem very simple. And they seem compatible with the currently offered lighting hacks (with a little work). Wait, are those buttons in the linked document the Farenell ones?
Anyway, yeah, round buttons. They even seem hackable to be compatable with the lighting kits. Mmmmm, lighting kits.

303 made his own knob from aluminium (is there a jok there too somewhere??). Farnell will sort you out with the correct buttons - theres part numbers on the bbs somewhere.

Anyone know if any of the knobs they sell can be retro-fited to the empeg encoder shaft?? it would make it much cheaper to produce.
Also anyone that has a 303 Face willing to send me some good photos of all sides so I can see what this machine shop can do.

What about sourcing a batch of Alpine rotary knobs. I remember someone with a 303 face using one of those, and it looked saweeeet.

I think those were made by 303 to match the alpine unit?

They were definitely a modified Alpine knob..
searching...
Looks like it was " jets" that did it, but none of the pics seem to be working.

sphengali did all the jets mods to his Ford Explorer, but his page is telling me I can no longer access it. Darn shame because he took some amazing photos of the 303 face with the Alpine knob. His original thread is here

That looks sooo nice...
Now that my new car has some alumin(i)um trim details, that look would complement it very nicely (not that the current black 303 face looks bad, embedded in black fake carbon fibre as it is)...
Decisions, decisions...

Mach, that's the one. Hm, how'd you find that? The "webarchive"? Are you refering to the BBS archive? Cool, I guess I didn't search hard enough.
