TechTV showed a few others as well a while back when they had a computer animated show. The one ATI chose seemed to be the most involved one they did to date, and was incrediable to see real time. While not every aspect of it was rendered, it was pretty close.

Animusic is fun, but my favourite is still the Bacteria screen saver. Not very complex, but it just looks really cool. I also really like the Rendering With Natural Light demo. Not a huge fan of the new stuff, including the Double Cross demo for X800, even though it's much more demanding on the hardware. The success of the demos lies largely on their conception and direction. If the idea/story is weak, then it doesn't matter that a graphic card can render it all in real time. Animusic was an excellent concept and the syncronization of sound and image leaves everyone gaping.
