Let me say that it runs Knoppix fine--LOL I really wanted TonyC's powerbook but he wouldn't trade me! No hard feelings... if I had a Powerbook and someone offered me a Compaq I would probably ask you what you were smoking. Ok. If I can get enough out of this to pay for most of decent powerbook I would be happy. It is a Compaq Presario 2585us. 2.8ghz, 512mb, 60gb drive and DVD burner, integrated wireless G, and the usual amenities. The laptop is less than 8 months old and is flawless. I have all the original stuff for it. I bought it and then saw the Toshiba P25 Media Center and had to have it. Taking offers.
