My empeg is not playing.

This was a two drive unit 10 gig and 20 gig. For some reason now the unit will not boot up with the 20 gig installed, so i took the 20 gig drive out. Now when i boot up everything boots fine, everything in hyperterminal looks fine but none of my songs play. The time just stays at 0:00 , even when i hit play it just stays there.
I can access all the other menu items, switch to other songs and all but it doesn't play them.

Also rio emplode does not detect the drive, however i can apply upgrades and such.

Player also freezes while tryin to load playlist.

Ive tried reformatting using the builder image, but it says drive already contains builder image.

If you had a 10 and a 20 gig drive, and you removed the 20, then the reason nothing is playing is that the 10 is completely blank, it has no songs. That's because of the way songs are stored on a two drive player.

What you need to do is either solve your disk drive problems and get the 20 working again, or use the builder image to format your 10 gig drive from scratch, reinstall the player firmware onto it fresh, and reload your music back onto the player from your PC.

When I try to apply the builder image it says that the drive has already been built. It doesn't format it or anything.
HOw do i get it to override and format the drive and rebuild it?

When i have hypterminal open after i apply the builder image it says

But when i press enter nothing happens.

Cool, I just had to use a ps2 keyboard i was using a USB keyboard. It works now, thanks a lot.
