Is THIS the best magazine in the world ever ? The first 2 editions have just dropped through my letter box from amazon.co.uk and I have to say I'm impressed, it's packed with loads and loads of articles. I can see pca doing one jet engines for sure! It's hard to find the time to look here these days let alone take on new projects !!! Cheers Cris.

In the US, it's available via subscription. As it is from England, apparently, according to the web site.

I've only seen it on amazon.co.uk, it was an impulse buy. It's very good value, I think it's called a "bookzine" or some other snazzy new word. ...an article about putting a monorail around your back garden anyone ??? Cheers Cris.

I looked at the latest issue at the Barnes and Noble in Reno, NV last week. I was there on a "business" trip.
It is a great magazine. One article was about a cockroach controlled robot (the large S. American cockroach walked on a trackball which controlled the motion of the vehicle). There was an article about a physics student who built his own cyclotron. Stuff like that. Pretty much a magazine about the stuff that empeggers think is cool.
It was $14.95 per issue in the book store, but at least as entertaining as a night at the movies...

We should run a competition to see who is the first empegger to get an article printed.
That would be cool !
Cheers
Cris.

Yes thats right ! Salad Bowl Hacking !!! Just in case you can't be bothered to get off your fat ass and re-fill at the Pizza Hut salad bar, now you can work out exactly how many carrot sticks you can stick in the mayo. I love this mag Cheers Cris.

Where on the site does it say that?
Go to the web site. Click the "SUBSCRIBE" link in the red in the title banner at the top. Wait for that page to load. In the "Please select Country:" dropdown, select "ENGLAND". Click "Continue".

Errr, isn't it O'Reilly's? I think I saw a blurb and a link there a month or two ago. Hm, I cannot imagine why I didn't post about it then... Ah, yes, it mentions O'R in the footer.

It's also the very first word on the home page. Upper left.

The Make:Blog is excellent as well.
edit: doh... I didn't realize they'd put it on the main page of their website. That's new to me. Heh.

Looks interesting. Might have to pick up a copy from somewhere and have a read. I personally prefer Circuit Cellar
