Hey everybody,

I didn't have a car for a long while and left my empeg mk2a at my parents house. Somehow the sled is missing (I think my brother sold it on ebay). I actually have a wiring harness, but no sled. Anybody that can help me out? I'm a poor college student, so reasonable offers please.

Thanks,
-elph

If it's that barcode on the bottom, the serial number is 040104199. You're probably wondering why I have the wiring loom and no sled? It's not hot, but I understand how it sounds suspicious. Check out: http://empegbbs.com/ubbthreads/showflat....=true#Post60190 I think I can fix the broken loom that I have with some heatshrink just like one of the posters in that thread did. If you need more info, let me know

Yeah, I already PM'd him. He hasn't responded, and it doesn't look like he will (three posts a while ago, and he hasn't responded to any of the queries from Ladmo and others). Anyway, since I already have a wiring loom and schofiel said that he has 3 different sled options with no loom, it will probably be coming from him. I'm just waiting on a price w/shipping to the US zipcode 84105.

Months later, I still haven't been able to get my hands on a sled. Anyone got one for sale? Black or not... Harness or not... email elph@takealookat.us.

Thanks,

Rob Schofield has a ton of sleds at his place. Mostly unwired, I think, but at least a few with the full loom. If you can get his attention, I'm sure he'd sell you one. That's him at the "Repairs" link above.

Cheers

Thanks, I've contacted him previously to no avail. I guess we'll see what happens this time around.

I have a brand new (well never used) sled. In the box with the harness thing still attached (as factory shipped) and the little pigtail thing. PM me with your offer. Most of my stuff is gone but I still have a few items left. Tuner went quick. I may be parting with a Rio branded remote soon, so either make offer (if you need one) or keey your eyes on the thread!
Thanks

Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but did you get your sled / do you still need one? I have a sled here - just the metalwork, no wiring. I transplanted the wiring to one of Robricc's black sleds, and this is the metalwork that is left. If you are still interested, PM me with an offer.
