DWallach carpal tunnel Registered: 30/04/2000 Posts: 3810	H&R Block mailed me a copy of TaxCut, gratis (I have no idea why). I decided to spend $30 on TurboTax Basic, since it does everything I could need, and it tends to integrate nicely with Quicken, which I've been using forever.

Redrum old hand Registered: 17/01/2003 Posts: 998	Thanks, I haven't used the web version but that looks like a good deal. The pricing is a bit confusing on State. Is it $16 for Fed. plus $21 for state or $21 for both??? I think its $21 for both. Maybe once I start checking out it will be clear.

It took about an hour and a half. This is way better than paying my (former) accountant $250 to do my (simple) taxes.
