tanstaafl. carpal tunnel Registered: 08/07/1999 Posts: 5546 Loc: Ajijic, Mexico	Fairly often when I boot up my empeg, I get a "Fan Control Error" warning. Seems to happen more frequently at first startup of the day. What is this, is it something I should worry about? The MK II-A player is (obviously) equipped with a fan (installed by Stu at Eutronics), running 2.0 Final with HiJack v.413. tanstaafl. _________________________ "There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch"

maczrool pooh-bah Registered: 13/01/2002 Posts: 1649 Loc: Louisiana, USA	You've probably got a loose wire somewhere between the fan controller and mainboard.
