Funny too, when I received the player back from England after the repair, the box was in perfect condiditon (they gave me a new one) like it was never shipped at all, too bad it never arrived like that the first time 'round. Makes me think that Purolator (the boneheads who couldn't find my parent's place in Nova Scotia) are comprised of a bunch of incompetent fools?
