I am offering to pay someone to solder two audio connectors based on the pinouts that I provide. I can even provide the materials; the remains of my failed attempt.
I need four RCAs and a separate wire soldered to a male 6 pin DIN connector, and the a second set of them wired to a female 6 pin DIN connector. I will send the pinouts and RCA cables to the interested party. It would be helpful if they could provide the two DIN connectors; or I could just go buy more.
I'm offering two different payments: $30 for someone to solder six ~9 inch wires to each DIN connector; I'll solder the RCAs to that. Or $60 for someone to solder the actual RCAs and single wires to the connectors.
This is needed for an audio install. I tried it, but one of my two connectors had a crossed wire which sent 12V down the RCA grounding shrouds, damaging everything attached. I found another website who could do it, but after a few e-mails, they haven't done it yet. So, I ask the electronics gurus here. Any takers?
