After some tweaking, it's not a bad likenes of me

This site was posted in the other thread, but I simply could not get it to work. How did you do it? I tried tweaking my photo every way I could think of, but it failed every time. The frustrating part is that it doesn't give you any reason WHY it fails. It just says there's an error.

I tried quite a few times too, it only worked once, and the face output was mangled and I looked like the elephant man! Perhaps furtive could post the original source photo?

It took me a few attempts to get it working too. And the tweaking took a while as the options would only appear every so often

Interesting. I would have thought mine would work if that one did. I took a photo of myself against a white wall.

I had it fail at one point, submitted the same jpeg straight away and it worked.

Ok, I altered mine by removing the background entirely (so it was white), then extended the background a lot more, so the head occupied the centre 1/3. I still had to alter a few things, hair style, nose etc:
