Sorry for the unecxpected BBS outage. I had quickly
renumber the servers IP address and its taken a while
for the DNS to catch up - and then for me to notice
my misconfigurations!

Hopefully the IP address shouldn't be moving again.

Also note that I hope to upgrade the BBS to the commercial
version of the WWWThreads software hopefully today so there
may be a slight outage as this happens.
