Yesterday, during the heart breaking Cardinals / Redskins game, a commercial was shown that could only be described as 'intriguing'. The TV cut to what looked like Cardinal's Stadium (University of Phoenix Stadium), with a ton of red shirts in the crowd. The logo for Fox Sports was imprinted on the center of the screen and the announcers say 'it looks like both sides are really into this battle here today'. The screen kind of 'blurred' to red and then it looked like the information/visiual overlay in most movies. At the top left it had a picture and it said 'Target: Sarah Conner', and then it scanned the crowd with occasional 'possible match... negative' pictures. At the end it just said 'Still Searching'. The commercial then faded to the real broadcast.

There wasn't a whole lot of information given, but it was a really cool commercial. Is there a new Terminator movie coming out in January around the Super Bowl? I assume thats what they were alluding to, since the Super Bowl is at the University of Phoenix Stadium this year.

Last I heard there was going to be a new one, but with no confirmation of whether Arnie would star in it or not.

Though being a scifi ish show on Fox, I give it 3, maybe 4 episodes before it is cancelled.

Why do they keep buying these shows? The people in charge of development must have no contact at all with the people in charge of programming. Maybe the people in development think they're working for a different network.

Yeah, I've heard the Sarah Conner Chronicles is pretty bad, which is unfortunate. I want River Tam to be involved in something good. I liked her on The 4400.

Oh, and who was that football game heartbreaking for? The team that narrowly lost, or the team that won with zero offense and is going to be playing New England next week?

Heart breaking for the Cardinals, and their fans. They came pretty close to eeking out a win, which was a lot more than my roomie was hoping for.

Yeah, I was at the game and I'm a 'skins fan, but it was still hard to watch. The defense had to play two games in one.

Actually, they shouldn't have too much difficulty in the division aside from the Cowboys. The Giants game was Washington's to lose, and the Eagles aren't much of a threat this year. The 'skins have been second in the division before and made it into the playoffs...
