Having icons arranged on a screen doesn't exactly scream iPhone ripoff to me, I could have just easily mistaken that for a RAZR on the menus, or numerous phones. Odds are the software on the phone is still crap, the touchscreen is designed poorly, and the browser will still be mostly worthless. And I highly doubt Apple will cater to CDMA. They have gotten enough of a great response from the GSM markets, so I'm not sure why they would redesign the device to appease the 16% of the world using CDMA.

It's like someone Photoshopped out the CD from the back of the iTunes logo. That is shameless. Shouldn't it be red for Verizon's Vcast?
