If I may, please add "The Love Guru" to that list. It should probably be in the top 20 if not top 10.

I saw one the other day that was so MST-able. It was called "Blood Freak", about a guy who gets hooked on drugs and turns into a giant turkey and murders other addicts to drink their drug-saturated blood. It was just awful in that hilariously funny way.
