I've had to switch to Verizon because the only carrier with coverage in my small village in Belize is CDMA. Since I'm new to Verizon and the sales drones are useless, perhaps a couple of you guys who've been with them longer can answer a couple of my questions.
1. I can tether my phone (Palm Centro) to my PC using VZAccess manager and take full advantage of the 3G speeds. They don't make a version of VZAccess manager for OSX that supports the Centro. Is there any way to do it on OSX? (I can connect via bluetooth, but it's much slower than the speeds I get on my PC).
2. $60 per month? Seriously? Is there any way to get my tethered internet cheaper? (I rarely use internet on the handset itself...only tethered)
