There are a number of these utilities around, the ones that monitor your Windows system for changes while a program is installed, in order to let you know what it actually did.

What I can't find is any sort of reasonable reviews of or recommendations for said utilities. Anyone here have any?

I use Total Uninstall and have been using it for a few years. I'm still using version 4 as I haven't needed the newest version.
