I bet the guys at Color Labs wish they could. Maybe they'd be able to wipe up the mess they've flushed down the toilet with it.
So these jokers managed to grab over $40 MILLION in venture capital, which I think is just great. But in their shoes I would have probably skipped town with the money - users/customers would have been better off.
This great review calls the Color app a "Massive Multi-Player Real-Live Marketing Game" and it's a great read, especially if you've followed the launch of this startup over the past week.

There is a gem of an idea in there, and that's the multi-lens/perspective aspect of crowd-sourced photography. And if we're to believe the company's claims, they have some great algorithms to really make filtering this type of photography work very well. But, that's not what the app is about. It's not what it's for - this from the company itself. It's all much grander than that.
$40 Million. Damn.
