The items available from the empeg store and not available from the eStore are:

The carry cases are empeg branded - we don't have many left, so there is no point shipping any to the US. Rio branded cases have been on order for several months - I saw a couple of samples last month, so I assume the rest will arrive soon-ish.
Screen kits are made in the UK and assembled in Cambridge, so we got them in stock first. They will appear in the eStore as soon as we finish assembling them and get them shipped over.
The extra remotes in the empeg store will over-runs from production. There aren't enough to ship any to the USA, however an additional quantity have been ordered and should arrive at the eStore in about a month.
In addition, hard disk upgrades will become available to order at the empeg store (currently we accept email orders) in the next few days. This will be the only source of upgrades, and so they will be available to US clients as well as those from other countries. You will have to pay in UK Pounds though, as we no longer bill in USD from Cambridge.
