What does "toggle bookmark" do in the bookmarks menu?

It is the fabled mark track option in a strange place

Interesting, I hadn't seen that yet.

I'm going to submit that as bug: It's not obvious from the wording/location of the menu what it does.

Err.. by shortcut do you mean the "Mark" button on the RIO remote?
("7" on the Kenwood)

No, he means is there an easy way to get to a BOOKMARK on the remote control. I don't think there is.

On my Mark I "7" toggles the repeat.
"4" toggles Mark Track.

Someone should change that in the readme files.

'Mark track' is toggled by 'Cancel' button on Rio remote (just press, not hold, because it is used in situations where there is nothing to cancel). On Kenwood remotes it is 4, but it also works (by mistake?) on Rios. (I think I remember this discussed already). 'Mark' has nothing to do with bookmarks, except sharing a menu group. 7 cycles repeat (off, list, track) on both remotes.
