I recently upgraded to 2.0 Beta and ran into a MAJOR problem this morning. I wanted to listen to my AUX (factory deck into Empeg) and there is nothing being output. It worked fine on 1.03, but doesn't work now. I then tried the Tuner, and again, no sound. This is a MAJOR bug and I am sure that someone else HAS to have seen this. Any suggestions? I have a Mark 1 by the way and I loaded the developer image...

Any problems with going back to 1.03 (even after 2.0 changed every track and whatnot)?

"Downgrading" to 1.03 shouldn't cause any problems. Others have done it when experiencing problems with 2.0b3. You can flash back and forth pretty much at will. Try it and see if it clears up your AUX/Tuner problems. If not, start crying because it might be hardware issues in that case..

Ok, I found some stuff out. If I hit the Play/Pause buton the sound comes on. In both AUX and TUNER. the weird thing is, if I change the mode, and then change back, it is muted again. Sooooo....the fix should be that you (by default) leave the sound on and pause it if we choose to.

I am still running 2.0 Beta 3 and it is the developer image on a Mark1.

Keep in mind that for some people, this does not happen. It doesn't happen on my player. If the tuner is getting muted simply by switching to the player and back, then that's an unusual bug which doesn't happen to everyone. Obviously this isn't the intended behavior. I wonder why it happens to you but not to me.
