After wrestling with trying to get ssh or even just telnet up and going on the box, I'd like to see the developer image have a couple extra pre-installed items.

SSH (or Telnet) ... don't care about multiple users ... just one password is fine. Would love to "scp" files back and forth instead of using a serial port. But mainly just looking for a terminal connection without serial.

An editor ... any will do. This is easy for me to install, but it's silly for one not to come with it.
