I would doubt (given the amount of time Rob spent in work on Sunday last) that there will be anyone doing ordering for a few days. The 26th is a public holiday in the UK anyway, so you will get no answer before the 27th at the earliest.

Don't you know about the rotary phone technique?? You just don't press any numbers as if you had a rotary phone and you usually get thru pretty quickly.

the message at SB said they were on holiday. there was no option to stay on the line. i'm pretty sure.

Did you call the customer service number? I just spoke with them after waiting on hold for 10 minutes.

That's odd. I called, and didn't make any selection. I just waited until someone answered. I had to hold for a bit over 10 minutes, but I did get someone.

Keep trying. They're there; they're just very busy. Dropping prices like that after it's too late to talk to a human being for more than 4 days is a good recipe for a busy customer service team when you re-open. ;)

There's nobody at empeg until Monday - sorry. Customer service was supposed to be open from Thursday but unfortunately Andrew is away from work due to a family crisis. I believe David may be keeping an eye on the support mailbox remotely. Things will be back to normal next week, apart from Jan 1st which is a public holiday.

I believe SB support have a skeleton staff this week, back to normal next week.
