i called em as soon as they opened (10:30 central) the
B*%ch that answered said their were 215 left, that they were being shipped out in the order they were recieved, but couldnt tell me with my order number wether i was getting one or not. How can they send them out in that order, but not be able to tell past what order# is the cutoff?! Not to mention she sounded pissed off i even mentioned the name "rio car" let alone tryin to help me. I will never buy anything from Sonicblue EVer again.

I think I talked to the exact same woman - she was rather rude. I should have snagged her name
